•	EAI design, development and maintenance with TIBCO integrating Siebel, SAP (Customer Care System – CCS), web enrollment, EDI, Mass Marketing Analytics System (MMAS), Deal Capturing and external parties including ERCOT, credit bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax, and Dun & Bradstreet) utilizing TIBCO Integration Manager, File Adapter, R3 Adapter, Siebel Adapter, ADB, Hawk and Portal.
•	Replaced single threaded proprietary mapping system (TIBCO Message Broker) with distributed generic Integration Manager work-flow engines having business logic including data transformation and translation defined completely in XML/XSL.
•	Designed and developed proof of concepts for Bill Print process that takes RDI file from SAP R/3 and converted into PDF using XSL, XSL-FO and SVG technology. Replacing batch oriented mainframe system with Distributed TIBCO framework and user maintainable XML/XSL logic and shorten the development life cycle by 90%.
•	Designed and developed proof of concepts for e-Bill process utilizing TIBCO BPM, Integration Manager, InConcert and XML/XSL.
•	Maintain all business logic and data mapping in XSL. Business rules changes on data mapping, validation, routing and presentation can be developed and deployed within minutes and requires no down time at all. The system is up 24X7 even with migration.
•	Designed and Implemented front-end ERCOT interface connecting to ERCOT HTTPS XML API utilizing TIBCO integration manager, File Adapter, Siebel Adapter, Java, and XSL.
•	Implement Middleware Operation Support Toolbox (MOST) portal with TIBCO/Portal Builder 4.5 for reporting statistics as well as real time process flow monitoring. Real-time process flow monitor is built upon a light-weighted java applet that connects to RVA listening to RV advisory messages converted to XML. The portal also provides admin capability for monitoring system.
•	Designed and developed highly reusable XML/XSL template for web based reporting system that enabled over 100 HTML reports without code changes.

Project: Dynegy Enterprise Portal (MyDynegy)

•	myDynegy is the intranet and gateway to every application within the corporate rolled out enterprise-wide with award-winning Financial Dashboard and Risk Control (limited to Executives who are making critical business decisions).
•	Developed a java servlet to retrieve attributes from Netscape LDAP where the attributes will be used to create dynamic portal layout based on the user’s profile.
•	Developed a configurable web real-time trending for monitoring Gas/Power Income Model (replacing existing Java Swing applet in Executive Dashboard that requires users to download JRE) application with XML/XSL, ASP and a configurable GUI RV adapter (similar function of MessageBroker) for listening to and transformation of Tibco RV messages. This application leaves zero footprints.
•	Developed a web-based, self-refresh stock quotes module that gets the market data from external source (Screaming Media). Users can personalized that components with the stock symbols.
•	Developed and configured Financial Dashboard compatible for Internet Explorer 5.0/5.5 to display financial reports (generated daily from PeopleSoft through nVision), using existing Risk Control module. Changes are made within 2 days.
•	Designed and developed a web-based administrator GUI site where financial personnel can configure the user privileges, group management, contents management, set closing period, add/edit/delete administrator’s messages and view the statistics. The GUI is implemented with XML/XSL, and ASP.

Project: Dynegy Executive Dashboard

•	Developed a highly configurable award-winning Risk Control module in Dynegy Executive Dashboard that allows managers to view risk control daily generated reports (VaR, Limits, Cash, RAVA, RORAC) generated by MS Excel 2000 with XML/XSL, DOM, ASP and DHTML for presentation layer.
•	Designed and developed an administrator GUI site where risk control personnel without IT experience can configure the user privileges and content management within a few minutes. The web GUI is implemented with XML/XSL, DOM, and ASP.
•	Integrated the module with Meadco ActiveX component for printing function that allows user to print all reports for the day.
•	The audience for this project is targeted to executives.
•	Implemented the dashboard with Tibco PortalBuilder 1.0 with cookie authentication on NT and IIS.

Project: DES Retail Portal

•	Developed a prototype of web portal with XML, XSL, and ASP for Dynegy Energy Services (DES), which includes Innovative Energy Solution (IES) and Energy Information System (EIS) that allows retail customers to view bills and do analysis.
•	Gathered business requirements and developed a user-friendly environment.
